How billing works.
By two things: the modules you take and your user band (up to 5, 10, 20, 50, or unlimited). More modules or a larger band means a higher fixed fee. You can start small and add modules as you roll out.
Your choice. The fixed platform fee can be paid once as a licence or as a yearly subscription, whichever fits your procurement and capex preferences.
AI features (tender analysis, quote parsing) consume tokens. You buy token packs and draw from them as your team runs analyses, so usage-heavy months and quiet months are billed fairly.
No. You pick a user band rather than paying per seat, so adding people within your band doesn't change the fee. The unlimited band removes the cap entirely.
